Add the source to the Source Box

Add Images

 

 Import 'from my computer'
Please use when you import images stored in your computer.


1. Enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'. (This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
2. Select 'Upload Image' tab of Uploading of source image section (Default setting).
3. In order to import images stored in your computer, tick on 'from my computer'(Default setting)
4. Once you click on 'Search file', you will be able to choose images to be uploaded into source box, and then click on 'Open' button.





5.If you click on 'Upload file' button, then you'll see the processing screen which shows thumbnail creating activity from images.
   (Depending on the sizes or the pages of uploading images, the time will vary.)





Import 'from the server'
 Please use when you import images from image directory provided by Albummania.


1. Enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'.(This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
2. Select 'Upload Image' tab of Uploading of source image section (Default setting)
3. In order to import images from image directory of Albummania server, tick on 'from the server'.
4. Click the desired category of image directories.
5. Select the desired image and click on 'Upload File' button.





6. Importing selected images from image directory to source box is completed.




 

Add the images from the movies clip

 

This function will be used when you wish to create DBook by capturing still images out of movie clips. If you click on the desired scene when you play movie, album will be automatically created nice and easy.

Import 'From my computer'
 Please use when you capture images from the movie clip stored in your computer.
(This function only supports image capture from movie clips in the possible format such as ASF and WMV.)


1.Enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'.(This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
2. Select 'Get from Clips' tab of Uploading of source image section.
3. In order to get movie clip stored in your computer, tick on 'From my computer'.
4.Once you click on 'Search file', you will be able to choose movie clip from which you'll get images, and then click on 'Open' button.
5.If you click on 'OK' button, then you'll see the image capturing screen.





6. While the movie clip is played, you can store the images by click the 'capture' button upon your desired scene to be captured.
7. If you want to cease image capture and store the images which are already captured, you can click on the 'stop' button.





Import 'From the server'
 Please use when you get images from movie clips directory provided by Albummania.


   1.Enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'. (This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
  2. Select 'Get from Clips' tab of Uploading of source image section.(Default setting)
  3.In order to get movie clip stored in Albummania server, tick on 'From the server'.
  4. If you click on the desired category of image folder, then you'll se image capturing screen.





5. While the movie clip is played, you can store the images by click the 'capture' button upon your desired scene to be captured.
6. If you want to cease image capture and store the images which are already captured, you can click on the 'stop' button.





Import 'From the internet site'
Please use when you capture images from the URL of movie on the internet that you can't store on your computer.


1. Enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'. (This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
Select 'Get from Clips' tab of Uploading of source image section.
3. In order to get movie clip from the URL of movie on the on the interent, tick on 'From the internet site'.
4. Once you enter 'URL of movie', click on 'Confirm' button.





5. While the movie clip is played, you can store the images by click the 'capture' button upon your desired scene to be captured.
6. If you want to cease image capture and store the images which are already captured, you can click on the 'stop' button.




 

Add the source from the Document files

 

 Please use when you import images from the files into DBook, which are written by documentation software such as MS office or Adobe Acrobat in the format of doc, xls, ppt and pdf.

1. Once the plug-in program is installed, enter your desired name of your own in 'Source box name'. (This has nothing to do with the final name of DBook being created.)
2. Select 'Upload Document' tab of Uploading of source image section.
3. In order to upload document file, you should first install the Albummania extraction program. In accordance with the instruction below, please click to proceed.





4. Select the image format of document conversion.
5. Select the image quality of document conversion. The higher quality it is, the more storage volume requires.
6. Choose Thumbnail option and Document type.
7.click on 'Search' button and select the target file to be converted to DBook.
8.Click on 'Confirm' button.




9. Then the file conversion will be initiated by the document software launched automatically, which has been used to create the target file.

10. Once the file conversion is completed, images will be stored in source box.
